AI ZOMBIE VIDEO / POLICIES & SUPPORT

Terms of Service

Service scope, account responsibilities, credit purchases and user rights

Version 1.0 review draft · Updated October 16, 2026

AI Zombie Video is operated by 温勇, an individual based in China. The official website domain is www.zombievideoai.app; the contact for support, refunds and privacy is [email protected]. This is a local launch-preparation release. Waffo payments remain in test mode without real charges. The effective date will be announced at launch; this draft does not indicate payment-provider approval.

AI Zombie Video provides zombie-themed AI visual creation, portrait processing, video generation and related guidance. Users supply authorized photos and select available specifications. Features, duration, resolution, deliverable type and credit charge shown before submission and saved with the task govern that task. Concept illustrations and examples do not guarantee an identical result.

Read these terms with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Credit Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Review prices and conditions before purchasing. Later price changes do not rewrite an existing purchase or submitted task's saved price.

2. Eligibility and account security

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over who can enter into the relevant agreement. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure; do not share, sell or rent accounts. Report suspected compromise or unauthorized transactions through Support and Contact.

An account does not establish permission from people shown in photos. Obtain necessary permission for every identifiable person; do not upload portraits of minors for this service. We may request evidence relevant to a specific complaint, but not passwords, card security codes or API private keys.

3. Inputs and generated content

You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and grant only the permission needed to receive uploads, generate, store and deliver results, provide support and address safety or rights complaints. This does not authorize advertising with portraits, selling inputs or independently training our own models on them.

Output use must comply with applicable law, input permissions and applicable AI-provider conditions. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, exact identity preservation or suitability for every commercial use. Check rights and outputs before publication or commercial use and make the AI-generated nature clear.

4. Credits and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases without subscription renewal or automatic top-up. Price, currency, credits, tax treatment and validity must be displayed before purchase. Live payments use Waffo Pancake's hosted checkout; the seller, receipt and payment conditions are those shown at checkout. We provide credit fulfillment, generation and product support. Our site does not collect full card numbers or card security codes in its own forms.

Test purchases can add usable project credits under the test rules. Their origin remains recorded as test transactions and does not represent real money paid. Test purchases and balances must not be silently imported as production paid transactions.

5. Generation charges and failures

Specifications and charges are shown before submission. The server checks the saved administrator configuration and debits credits when creating a task. Stale prices or insufficient balance require a new confirmation. Repeating the same valid request must not cause another debit.

A confirmed generation failure returns the credits actually charged, without a failure fee. Timeouts, unknown provider results or storage retries may require reconciliation; they do not authorize another paid generation. See the Refund and Credit Policy.

6. Data and providers

Processing uses AI, storage, authentication and payment providers described in the Privacy Policy and AI and Model Disclosure. Processed inputs and delivered videos may use public links. Anyone holding a link may be able to access it. A private original archive does not make every copy or output private.

7. Misuse and account measures

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Evidence of abuse, security incidents or rights violations may lead to proportionate task rejection, access restrictions, removal of content under our control or suspension, with relevant audit records. Urgent restrictions may precede an explanation. Request review through the contact email.

Restrictions do not automatically remove statutory refund, privacy or complaint rights. Unused paid credits and pending tasks must be assessed according to the service delivered and applicable law; closure is not a blanket forfeiture rule.

8. Quality, availability and responsibility

AI results may contain identity errors, motion defects or visual artifacts. Providers may reject requests, and maintenance or outages may interrupt service. We do not promise a particular artistic or commercial outcome or uninterrupted availability. These limitations do not excuse duplicate charges, undelivered services or responsibilities imposed by law.

Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable. Users retain lawful dispute, refund and complaint channels.

9. Leaving and resolving issues

Stop submitting tasks at any time and email us to request account closure or data handling. Download needed results first. The Privacy Policy explains record retention and third-party-copy limitations. If service ends, unfinished tasks and unused paid balances must be reconciled; lack of a cash-out feature does not defeat statutory refund rights.

The operator is based in China. Laws of the People's Republic of China at the operator's location apply without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable where you reside. Issues may first be discussed with us and, if unresolved, brought before a legally competent authority or court.

Contact [email protected] for support, refunds, privacy and content complaints. The effective version will be announced before launch. Changes to this draft do not retrospectively remove legal rights.
